"Progress in Training" is the Training Project linked to the structural development project "GARR-X Progress" financed by the tender for the Action and Cohesion Plan Notice 274, of 15/02/2013.
The project aims to meet three needs.
The first is to help the management staff of universities and research organisations, cultural institutions, schools, local government and enterprises understand and enhance the ability of digital infrastructure, to strengthen the capacity of these organisations and increase their value in the world of research and public services, also due to new participations in national and international projects.
The second is to provide a high degree of specialisation in the development and management of digital infrastructure to graduates, PhD graduates or young researchers, closing the digital divide with other European nations, at the cutting edge of the technologies and methods used.
The third requirement is to provide the technical staff of those the Project is aimed at, with targeted updates on the latest technologies used in the implementation of the Project, to enable professional retraining and face a broader job market, in particular that of the world of production and services with a high innovative value.
